• To book with us / use our services.
• To enquire about our services.

• Contact yourselves in relation to receiving our services.
• Amend bookings.
• Log your booking within our system in efforts to provide the service.
• Receive payment for our services.

We may share this information with a travel agent that you may have booked through. If you have not booked through a travel agent we will not share your data with any other company or individual.

Your information is securely stored.

We keep your personal information and contact details for 3 years. We will then dispose of your information by permanently disposing of any paperwork holding your information and deleting any personal identifiers from our computer systems.

We keep your vehicle information and contact details for 3 years. We will then dispose of your information by permanently disposing of any paperwork holding your information and deleting any personal identifiers from our computer systems.

We keep your card details and contact details for 3 years. We will then dispose of your information by permanently disposing of any paperwork holding your information and deleting any personal identifiers from our computer systems.
